Olympic Torch Relay
The Olympic Torch relay's continuing its journey across Wales
The flame spent the weekend in Swansea with former athlete Colin Jackson among the torch bearers. Charity fundraiser Joanne Malpas was nominated for her work with Cancer Research UK after overcoming the disease herself in 2007
She has completed challenges including the 10km Race for Life and can't wait to share the experience of the torch with others.

Thousands of people gathered along the Olympic Torch trail at the weekend.
On Sunday the crowds watched as the flame made its way from foot onto the land train at Oystermouth Square.
It was an early start. But these people didn't seem to mind.
