Rory McIlroy says the Welsh event two years ago changed his mind about the Ryder Cup

Rory McIlroy was part of the Europe team that triumphed at Celtic Manor in Newport.

 

He made a few disparaging comments about the Cup before that victory.

But heading into this year's event at Medinah, the Ulsterman says it creates a different atmosphere.
