Scarlets And Ospreys Lose in Pre-Season
Both sides fall to defeat in first of their pre-season friendlies.
The Scarlets and the Ospreys have both lost the first of their pre-season warm up fixtures.
The defending Pro 12 Champions lost by 49 points to 25 against Clermont Auvergne.
Former Osprey and Wales full back Lee Byrne was in the lineup.
The best performer for the Ospreys was young outside half Matthew Morgan, who slotted over two penalties and conversions, before crossing the line for a try of his own.
The Scarlets meanwhile were also in action in France, coming up just short against Narbonne.
