About Leighton

Leighton hosts the Daytime show here on Swansea Sound, weekday's from 10.00am. The magazine style show where you don't need to turn the pages lol. Every Tuesday Leighton is joined by author and agony Aunt Lynda Bevan, also on the show subjects like health matters; gardening, cooking, DIY and crime prevention are covered. Plus great fun competitions including the Mystery Word and Who's Joining Us For Lunch? And just the best music in the universe.

Leighton is also here every Sunday morning from 10am for 3 hours of great songs, requests and dedications, including the mystery year part 1 & 2 between 10 and 11 and Sunday Love Songs with Red Roses & Lunch for 2 at a top restaurant.

Leighton was born in Gorseinon hospital, living in Loughor now and enjoys walking the dog, gardening and cooking. You might also of heard Leighton's voice on itv1 Wales in the past introducing programmes like Emmerdale, Corrie and others as he was a Continuity Announcer but prefers radio, it's more of a personal touch.
