Kev was born in Plasmarl but now lives in Gorseinon with his wife Rosie, son Owain and daughter Bethan plus the cat and dogs.

His love for this region is obvious!

Whether you're watching him live on stage or listening to his show its' clear that Kev loves Swansea and South West Wales.

I was born in, I live in and I love Swansea!

As well as his Breakfast show Kev is one of Wales' busiest comperes and stage performers.

Known as one of the UK's leading Pantomime Dames he has also appeared wiith The Wales Theatre Company and regularly appears with Fluellen Theatre Company.

When not performing Kev is usually watching football as he follows his beloved Swansea City.

Kev is an active fundraiser for local charities and is Patron and President of several local charities.

He is also President of Cwm Musical Youth and new performing arts group Musicality, he is also the Chairman of the Swansea Bay Film Festival.

Kev is also proud to be President of Swansea Male Voice Choir and Rising Stars Theatre Company.

What book are you currently reading?

John Barrowman's book I am what I am.

What CD have you bought recently?

I buy CD's all the time, however, I've just bought a Michael Buble CD.

What was the last film you saw at the cinema.

Avatar and The Hurt Locker Loved them both!

What was the last Theatre show you saw?

I saw Kelsey Gammer in an incredible production of Le Cage on Breadway which is possibly the best theatre show I have ever seen! I also saw West Side Story in New York.

What is your next theatre production?

I'm currently rehearsing a great musical show called Swansea Women which opnes on September 22nd.

In November I'll be in a new production of Hamlet.

What about TV? Any favourites?

Oh yes! Spooks, Lie To Me, 24, Glee, The Secret Millionaire and Modern Family.

But I really miss West Wing .

Who makes you laugh?

Any great comic! However I love Max, Billy Connelly and Lee Evans and Ken Dodd, he's a very funny man.

However, I am a great fan of Al Murray, the Pub Landlord.
