The Spandau Ballet star is hoping for TV gold again, with a guest spot in ITV sitcom Benidorm.
Tony Hadley brought plenty of drama, banter and bitching to the 2015 series of I’m A Celeb as he clashed with LADY C.
Last week singer Tony filmed his cameo at the resort’s Sol Pelicanos Hotel, where the show is shot.
An insider said: “He has always been a massive fan and has been eyeing up a spot on the show for ages.
“After years of toing and froing with producers, he’s finally bagged a guest role and it’s going to be absolutely hilarious and full of surprises.
“Tony appeals to women of a certain age as he was a real heart-throb back in the day.”
He will be joined in the new series, which is set to air in early 2018, by the CHUCKLE BROTHERS, as the Nineties legends have also landed a guest cameo.
And TIM HEALY will make his much-anticipated comeback as cross-dresser Lesley Conroy after being written out of the previous series due to ill-health.
He will join cast regulars including SHERRIE HEWSON, TONY MAUDSLEY, JAKE CANUSO, SHANE RICHIE and JOHN CHALLIS.
An ITV spokesman said: “We have lots of great guest stars planned for series ten, which is currently in production.
Here’s hoping Tony will treat regulars and Benidorm fans to a rendition of Gold in Neptune’s Bar.
