Nearly 30 flood alerts also issued by Met Office
An Amber weather warning of heavy rain for parts of Wales remains in place this morning including in areas already hit badly by Storm Dennis.
There are currently 10 flood warnings in place across Wales, including in tidal areas of Carmarthenshire.
29 flood alerts have also been issued by the Met Office.
Transport for Wales have advised of delays on some rail routes due to flooding on lines.
Meanwhile South Wales Police have been warning rush hour commuters to drive to the conditions and allow extra time for journeys:
