A Swansea Woman Living In China Explains What Lockdown Is Like

Carys Davies from Gorseinon, a kindergarten teacher in Hangzhou, is urging us all to follow social distancing measures being put in place across the UK.

Carys has told us it was a huge relief when they finally went on lockdown in January.

She is calling on everyone to follow World Health Organisation advice to self-isolate and socially distance.

Carys says "lockdown is a big change in the way you live your life - but it is vital to help save as many lives as possible."

She has been occupying herself by reading, cooking new recipes and playing games on her Nintendo and speaking with family and friends on social media every day.
