Police say a Cardiff woman who died while travelling on a train at the weekend, 'may have been leaning out of a window.'
The 28-year-old from Penarth suffered 'serious head injuries' on the service between Bath and KANEsham on Saturday night.
Officers from British Transport Police attended along with colleagues from Avon and Somerset Police and South Western Ambulance Service but the woman died at the scene.
Investigations are continuing into the circumstances of the incident, which has been reported to the Rail Accident Investigation Branch (RAIB).
