Women's Hockey Vice Captain, Leah Wilkinson joins us on the show

This summer top hockey teams from across Europe will descend on Cardiff for Women’s EuroHockey Championship II.

The tournament will be held at the National Hockey Centre at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff, we will be catching up with Women's Hockey Vice-Captain, Leah Wilkinson to tell us more.

Josh Llewelyn Jones tells us about his incredible challenge he's taking on. 

 You may not have heard of Josh Llewelyn Jones before, but this Friday he is embarking on an extraordinary challenge to try and raise awareness and £100,000 for The Cystic Fibrosis Trust. Josh himself has Cystic Fibrosis and today is attempting to; 
 
Lift 100 tonnes
Cycle 100 miles
Run 10 miles
Row 10 miles
Cross-Train 10 miles
Swim 2 miles
3000 situps
1000pushups

1000 squats...
 

 
All in 24 hours!!!! Incredible, huh? We caught up with Josh earlier this week to ask him why he's embarking on this mighty challenge and why it's important to raise awareness of Cystic Fibrosis. Get ready to be inspired!!
