Hi there & how are you today? Hope you’ve had a great weekend.

I’m looking forward to your company on the show today as I’ll have some great music for your Monday afternoon & it will be a brand new What am I as on Friday it went & I was a ‘Gravy Boat’. Find out what I’ll be today & you could win a prize if you guess it right.

I really wanted to show you this today as it’s something so close to my heart. I don’t think I have been inspired by someone so truly incredible & brave.

You’ve probably heard so much about this amazing young man the last few weeks. It’s Stephen Sutton who was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the age of 15. Despite the illness being terminal he made a bucket list of all the things he wanted to do. One thing on the list was raising £10,000 for the Teenage Cancer Trust.

Thanks to the help of comic Jason Manford who brought this to our attention, he went on to raise an incredible one million pounds last week.

He has been sending updates from his hospital bed as his health did take a turn for the worse.

But over the weekend I was so pleased for his most recent update that he has started to feel a little better & what’s even more incredible is he has now raised nearly 3 million pounds.

So if you do just one thing today please watch this video & be inspired by this incredible young man & pass it on!
