Hi there, hope you’re well today & have had a fabulous Bank Holiday weekend.

All this week on Swansea Sound I am giving away a family pass to Laserzone in Swansea.

Make sure you tune in for your chance to win

There’s also a prize up for grand if you can guess what I am in my competition the What Am I. It did go today with Lyn in Landore who guessed I was a marquee.

Now for this of you who have been following my progress on TV’s fitness & nutrition expert Tara Hammett’s 7 Day Detox. Well I have finished it & I weighed yesterday & lost an incredible 7lb which I did not expect. I loved putting all these healthy foods in my body & have been carrying on eating as healthy as I can. I will be trying Tara’s 21 Day Challenge. So watch this space.

Thought I’d add a few more photos from my food on my last day

This was my breakfast on Sunday with my own omelette invention. Sadly the whole thing fell apart but it was really yummy.

I know I seriously need to work on my presentation.

For lunch I had my own version of a curry using Tara’s methods of course. It as a chicken & red pepper curry with onions.

I made up the sauce first adding loads of garlic, ginger, chillies, Indian spices & blitzed it for a lovely sauce base. Tasted nice too

I fancied something sweet & normally on a Sunday as it’s my only say off I head off down the shops & buy myself lots of sweet treats. Instead on Sunday I used the coconut milk, frozen raspberries & cinnamon for a yummy dessert.

I have even downloaded Tara's ebook of healthy desserts from her website

Finally thought I would leave you something sooooo cute. I saw this today & loved it

Everyone loves a road trip, but have you ever been this excited?

Adorable canine Quincy was filmed howling with delight in the front of a car next to his owner
